 | JAN. 9, 2003: In serendipitous fashion, the Nixon Era Center celebrated the 90th anniversary of Richard Milhous Nixon's birth with its 100 thousandth unique visitor to the Center's website. Recently, the Nixon Era Center at Mountain State University marked its first anniversary on October 1. During its initial year, the virtual center aided in providing documentation for articles written by James Rosen (Atlantic Monthly) and Dr. Joan Hoff (Counter Punch) and has been used as a source by Fox News, NBC, ABC, the Discovery Channel, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, the BBC World Service, Voice of America and countless other news outlets. |
