Biography

He edits the non-partisan “Investigative Justice Integrity Project”, which was founded in 2010 to publish under-reported news and commentary on important topics and their impact on society.

He has authored two books, "Spiked: How Chain Management Corrupted America’s Oldest Newspaper," a case study showing the decline of regionally important newspapers, and "Presidential Puppetry: Obama, Romney and Their Masters."

After an early career in journalism and law, he led the Wireless Communication Association as president/CEO from 1996 to 2008 in its worldwide advocacy to create a wireless broadband industry.

He holds degrees from Yale Law School and the University of Chicago School of Law, and a BA in history from Cornell University. "Who's Who In America" and "Who's Who In the World" have listed him continually since the mid-1990s. He is active in a number of research, legal, journalism and civic groups.
